INSPIRE INCENTIVE RULES
- An Inspirator will not be eligible to attend the Incentive Conference if they:
- Have had their INSPIRE agreement terminated or are in breach of their agreement (even if this happens after qualifying);
- Are under the age of 21;
- Do not have a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the travel date (i.e. valid until December 2026);
- Do not submit all necessary documentation by the specified date;
- Do not sign an indemnity form; or,
- Do not have proof of a required vaccination prior to travel, should this be required.
- In case of an error advising an Inspirator they will attend the Incentive Conference when they should not, CBC reserves the right to change the decision.
- Inspirators in the running must apply for passports and prepare visa documentation (if necessary) in advance.
- If the destination requires a visa, all visas must be applied for timeously.
- An Inspirator may not transfer, sell, or exchange for cash their right to attend the Incentive Conference.
- Certain costs of the Incentive Conference will be covered by the company, but some need to be covered personally. Breakaways will not be allowed.
- Pregnant attendees in their third trimester (more than 6 months pregnant) at the time of the conference will not be allowed to travel. The qualifying Inspirator will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
- If the traveller falls ill within a month of travel, a doctor’s letter permitting travel is required. Travel restrictions imposed by the airline or travel partner apply.
- Travellers with a criminal record will not be allowed to travel.
- Attendees must comply with all INSPIRE requirements regarding conduct and must not constitute a nuisance or danger to others.
- Any tax obligations due to the Incentive Conference will be the sole responsibility of the attending Inspirator.
- CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change the venue, destination, or travel dates at any time. Additional charges for attendee-initiated changes after tickets have been issued will be for their account.
- CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd is not liable for cancellations due to external factors beyond its control (e.g. passport/visa delays, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or airline delays).
- If a qualifying Inspirator is unable to attend, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- If a qualifying Inspirator cancels after accepting the award, cancellation costs per the travel agent’s schedule will be incurred and charged to them.
- CBC Management reserves the right to disqualify a qualifier from attending at their sole discretion.
Included in the Incentive Conference:
- Airfares as confirmed by CBC Pty (Ltd);
- Domestic travel in South Africa from the qualifier’s province (applies to partners/spouses or transferred rights, with cost differences at the guest’s expense);
- For Namibian qualifiers, travel from Windhoek to Johannesburg is included. Travel from outlying areas to Windhoek is at the qualifier’s own expense;
- Return transfers to and from hotels as confirmed by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd;
- Accommodation and land arrangements as confirmed by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd;
- Selected meals and tours as specified in the itinerary;
- Travel and limited medical insurance.
Excluded from the Incentive Conference (attendee’s own expense):
- Obtaining a valid passport / travel documentation;
- Insurance of personal items;
- Excess on medical insurance (compulsory) or medical expenses incurred during the conference;
- Meals or drinks not specified in the itinerary;
- Room service, laundry, telephone, minibar, or extra costs of any nature;
- Transport not specified in the itinerary;
- Spending money;
- Any other related costs.
INSPIRE BUSINESS RULES
- These General Rules are supplementary to the INSPIRE Agreement and the Business Guide. In case of any contradiction, the provisions of the INSPIRE Agreement will apply.
- The Rules (including all terms, conditions, and/or qualifying criteria for any commission, awards, incentives, competitions, or prizes) may be updated, added to, and/or amended by Clientèle or CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd at their sole discretion.
- All clients must be registered on the INSPIRE App to join the INSPIRE Business Opportunity.
- Potential Inspirators must be 21 years or older and be a South African citizen with a valid South African identity document or a Namibian citizen with a valid Namibian identity document.
- Activating an Xclusive Product within the INSPIRE App requires submission of valid banking details and debit day information for monthly Product Fee collection.
- Inspirators may not sell any Xclusive Product Voucher above the Recommended Selling Price as published in the Business Guide.
- Xclusive Product benefits commence immediately upon successful activation of a Product Voucher and are valid for two months. Continued access from month 3 requires a monthly Product Fee payment in month 2, collected via debit order.
- To qualify as a Monthly Commission Earner, an Inspirator must:
- Pay their monthly Xclusive Product Fee.
- Achieve the Inspirator Ranking of Networker as per the Monthly Commission section of the Business Guide.
- Have an active and paid Xclusive Product with a DebiCheck Mandate in South Africa, or in Namibia, provide proof of a bank account on the INSPIRE App.
- Milestone and Quarterly Bonuses are awarded based on the minimum requirements set out in the Business Guide.
- Multiple Inspirator memberships from a single person are not allowed.
- Inspirators in breach of the INSPIRE Agreement will not qualify for commissions or bonuses, and their Direct Introducer will also forfeit commissions or bonuses related to that Inspirator.
- If a commission or bonus is paid and the qualifying payment is later refunded or reversed, the applicable amount will be recovered from the Direct Introducer’s commission or bonus in the following commission month.
- Refunded or reversed payments during qualification periods for awards or recognition will be excluded from commission or bonus calculations.
- Inspirators can build their INSPIRE network with members residing in South Africa and/or Namibia.
- Inspirator commissions will be paid into the registered bank account provided during the membership activation process on the INSPIRE App.
- It is the responsibility of the Inspirator to select the correct country of residence.
- Xclusive Product benefits vary by country. Inspirators must ensure they do not sell a product voucher to a client residing in a different country.

CBC | CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd, which provides Products relating to lifestyle and loyalty benefits and is part of the Clientèle Group. |
Clientèle | Collectively refers to CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd, CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd (Foreign Branch), Clientèle Limited, and all of its subsidiaries and associated entities. |
Commission Month | All Product payments made from the 1st to the last day of a calendar month will be included for calculation and paid to the qualifying Inspirator on the 15th of the next calendar month. |
Digital Store | The INSPIRE App contains an e-commerce store accessible to Inspirators to purchase Business Building Kits and brand-specific merchandise. |
Direct Introducer | The Inspirator responsible for introducing a person to the INSPIRE Business Opportunity. |
Direct Recruit | An Inspirator introduced on the Direct Introducer’s first Level with an active Xclusive Product. |
Inspirator | An INSPIRE network marketer appointed by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd under the INSPIRE Agreement. |
Inspirator Number | A unique number generated in the INSPIRE App after a successful Xclusive Product activation. |
Inspirator Ranking | Assigned based on the payment of their Monthly Product Fee and attainment of other criteria. |
INSPIRE App | The mobile/web-based application enabling clients to register as Inspirators. |
INSPIRE App Registration | Prospective clients must register on the INSPIRE App by providing their ID Number, Cell Number, and unique email address. |
INSPIRE | A multi-level marketing (MLM) Business Opportunity that allows Inspirators to introduce prospective clients to CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd Products. |
Levels | Structure of recruits within the INSPIRE network affecting commission qualification. |
Product Activation | Successful activation requires submission of banking details for monthly Product Fee collection. |
Qualifying Leg | Refers to Direct Recruits who meet criteria for earnings and ranking qualification. |
